Dynamic Car Rental provides outstanding fleet management and leasing/contract hire solutions across its chosen markets. We specifically focus on Individual clients, corporate clients & Expat Clients. Our aim is to develop, implement and maintain systems and processes. We are continuously improving output, standards, quality, costs and utilization of resources within the logistics and fleet management area of expertise. To continuously measure performance and progress in respect of these matters. South Africa’s car rental and leasing market is highly concentrated with the presence of 5 big players constituting majority of the market. Avis, Budget Group, Europa Car, Hertz, First Car Rental are the major players in the market. However they are not our direct competitor as they offer daily rentals as opposed to Dynamic Car Rental’s long term rentals which consists of a three month minimum car lease.
Individual Client Rentals:
We specialize in long term rentals which includes offering rentals from a minimum term of 3 months thereafter extended month to month lease or as per customer requirements. Dynamic Car Rental’s plan is to also grow the individual market space where we find there’s a shift from higher purchase agreements to short term rentals in this market we finding that there is huge potential and opportunity in terms of short term rentals being preferred by clientele and also to new clients entering the market space for the first time and due to the Covid pandemic we experiencing thus far there’s no risk in terms of taking long term leases and therefore what we offering seems to tailor fit the short term rental market. The risk benefit due to Dynamic Car Rental is a constant turn of assets to our fleet creating a database of customers with a view of converting clients from post pandemic to long term leasing which would effectively move them from the mainstream banking system to tailor made fit for economic purpose.

Expat Client Rentals:
We offer short term and long term rentals to Expats as we know that it can be difficult for them to acquire vehicles
because of their non-existent credit history and being new in the country. Dynamic Car Rental thrived on the Expat rental industry as most of our clientele had come from the Telecommunication & ICT industry. Unfortunately during the Covid pandemic approximately 60% of the Expat base returned to their country of origin which resulted to them returning their vehicles leaving Dynamic Car Renta with surplus vehicles in stock. In order to allocate these surplus units of vehicles we focused our marketing and sales efforts on the local individual market. As to date we currently have rented out all available vehicles and have placed prospective clients on a waiting list.
